We want you to be completely happy with every purchase from Lyvora. If something is not right, we will sort it promptly and without hassle.

Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You do not need to provide an explanation. This applies to all purchases made on our website.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at bossbot6264@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply within one working day with instructions. Please do not post items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We understand that you need to inspect an item to decide whether to keep it. However, items that have been used beyond what is necessary for inspection may not qualify for a full refund, and we reserve the right to make a deduction to reflect any reduction in value.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of return postage is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in the post.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Please allow a few additional days for the funds to clear depending on your bank or card provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at bossbot6264@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover the cost of return postage and offer either a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened personal care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
