Shipping & Delivery

We want your order to arrive quickly and without fuss. Here is everything you need to know about how we send your items.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. We ship via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service, depending on the size and weight of your order. The vast majority of orders arrive within 5 working days.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress at any time through the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking email within one working day of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. If you need to change an address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at bossbot6264@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot redirect parcels once they have left our warehouse.

International Orders

At present, we ship to mainland UK addresses only. We are working on expanding delivery options in the future. If you are in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the Channel Islands, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delays

Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are accurate for the vast majority of orders. During busy periods such as bank holidays, Royal Mail strikes, or peak sale events, there may be slight delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we will investigate straight away.
