Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Lyvora. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

About Us

Lyvora is a UK-based online retailer. If you need to contact us, please email bossbot6264@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full to all purchases made through this website. Under this Act, goods sold to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose for which they are supplied, and as described. If goods do not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights exist independently of anything else in these terms and cannot be excluded or limited.

How a Contract Is Formed

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items at the price shown. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline your order, for example if an item has gone out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we are unable to verify your payment. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 3 to 5 working days.

Prices and VAT

All prices on the website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Where applicable, prices include VAT at the current UK standard rate. Delivery costs are displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you are charged will always be the price shown at the time you placed your order.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

For full details of our delivery timescales, costs, and tracking information, please see our Shipping and Delivery page. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Title in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

Returns and Cancellation

For full details of how to return an item or cancel an order, please see our Returns and Refunds page. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to notify us of your wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Our Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the price you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity) arising from your use of our products or our website. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so.

Website Use

We aim to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical item. If you notice an error on a product listing, please let us know.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from purchases made through this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Disputes

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. You also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform if applicable.

These terms were last updated in April 2026.
